The second middle scout skill says it give +10% speed while hide in first gear but it in reality gives 5%.

So for sure it isn't 10-20-30-40-50 if not 5-10-15-20-25.

If it had be 10% this is a bug if not you need change description.

Joseph knew this because he has all military skills and he is faster going back with premium item 2nd gear back speed than using this ability.

Pd.: I would like to know where post all bugs we find like the npc shooting 3 times in a row or click shot and no shot is fired.

Normally I think the ticket system is used for all bugs. It'd probably help those who end up helping you, if you provided a screenshot/vid if possible. Kinda hard to setup a video for something random and sporadic like that, but if you try and manage too, I'm sure it'd help them greatly.

Yeah, you can submit a ticket under the "Bug Report" category. You don't need to for this one, though. I'll put it in our list.

The description is indeed wrong, in 1st gear normal i go 34 in hide with full Disguise reinforce (which says i should go 50% faster) i go 44 I tested this on several different tanks and it seems the percentage in the description is messed up, we have taken note of this. BUT it is correct for me to go faster in 2nd gear in reverse in hide than 1st gear with reinforce.
